Chris Shields - President/Founder - Entering the construction industry in 2006, Chris began his flooring journey in 2012 as a residential flooring superintendent. Through hard work and dedication, he worked his way up the ladder to VP, bolstering his extensive knowledge of flooring along the way. An entrepreneur at heart, Chris always planned to start his own company. In 2017 he made the jump and created Top Floor LLC. Using a simple formula that happy clients are the key to success, Top Floor has raised the bar for what is expected from a modern commercial flooring company.
Steve Philipp - Project Manager - Graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He is more than a project manager here at Top Floor. He is hands on for the entirety of each project, start to finish. Detailed oriented and performance driven, he understands the commitment and dedication required to be a great team player. He has a comprehensive understanding of the commercial construction industry. His past experience with HVAC, carpentry, concrete, surface cleaning and waterproofing allow him to have a well rounded approach to solving any of his client's needs.
